Stock Xpert – The commercial sister of the free stock photo library SXC.hu. Image pricing starts at $1/image for low-rez, up to $10 for "extra large" resolution imagery. Video/flash footage starts at $10/clip. Also offers stock photo subscriptions from $199/mo.
DreamsTime – Offers budget stock photos (no videos at this time) at about $1/each with discounts for bulk credit purchases.
Dreamstime also offers a subscription service starting at $89/mo.
Fotolia – Hosting almost 4 million photos. Base price is 1 credit per photo, with credits costing $1/each. Vectors are priced at 7 credits each ($7).
The interface is easy to use and search seems fast, those two qualities make it viable option if you are looking for cheap stock images.
123 RF – Features almost 2 million stock photos. Pricing is comparible with other budget stock agencies: about $1 per low-rez photo.
Also has subscriptions starting at around $95/mo. Accepts MoneyBookers, Paypal & Credit Cards
CanStock Photo – Over 700,000 stock photos available. Images start at $1 / photo. Subscriptions start at $35/mo.
Snap Village – Royalty free images from $1 – $50 depending on resolution. Subscriptions cost $199/mo and include 25 downloads per day.
Big Stock Photo – Close to 2 million images offered. Images cost about $2.50 each with discounts for bulk credit purchases.
One thing that seperates Big Stock from other budget photo resources is their template design policies — which specifically allow their images to be used in web design templates that will be sold non-exclusively.
